Seattle based artist Victoria had a lot of mixed emotions about selling her artwork, both excited and nervous about putting herself and her art out into the world. Then, once people started buying her art and posting photos of it in their homes, she felt it was all worth it.

“It does inspire me to want to do more for them. And because my work is reaching people, and it's touching people in some, some way, so I want to continue that.”

As she was taking care of her house plants, Victoria’s love and appreciation for nature grew and she  started to notice that her work was becoming filled with plants.

“All I want to do is show everyone how beautiful it is outside and how much peace you can find in nature, in plants, in flowers.”

Victoria thinks that there are many similarities between people and plants and that they provide us with a breath of fresh air in our busy lives.

“If you give a person the right nutrients, the right light, the right water, the right location, then that person will grow and flourish.”
