Tangletown Gardens
Tangletown Gardens had humble beginnings, starting out in a refurbished oil station and then growing into a staple of the community.
“We're plant geeks by nature. We're creative people by nature. When you put those two together, you end up having magic that's created here.”
They took all of their practices that they learned over the years about growing clean, local produce and applied that knowledge to the greenhouses where they grow everything from trees to succulents.
While Tangletown is obviously focused on growing sustainably, they also put an emphasis on growing their plants for the pure beauty of them.
“What we do is try to celebrate the beauty of the plants and the food.”
A film by Charlie Pierson.
