FIELDTRIP: Jardín Huerto del Cura

Designated as a National Artistic Garden in 1943, Jardín Huerto del Cura features a collection of tropical and Mediterranean plants.

The real focal point of the garden is a grove of centuries old palm trees, which includes a one of a kind plant: the Imperial Palm, a species that has grown and maintained seven tall branches. On the paths surrounded by palms, people can find a quiet sanctuary away from the city that truly engulfs them in a unique nature experience.

A film by Janny Le and Pedro Román.
